The Wholesaler Assignment Fee or Wholesaler Profit is the amount the wholesaler charges  to assign the contract to the end buyer/rehabber.

WHOLESALER MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE OFFER

The Wholesaler Maximum Allowable Offer is the maximum price the Wholesaler can get a property under contract that will result in a profitable assignment and rehab project for the end buyer.
